R&D activities Ingentyx utilises verified proprietary algorithms and databases to discover nCLPs and the function of these nCLPs in the normal and pathological human immune system is subsequently defined by a unique Immuno-Profiling™ platform that examines specific impact at the highest levels of resolution to allow clear and relevant predictions of disease target and therapeutic utility. Pre-clinical PoC for the function of the nCLPS or monoclonal antibodies raised against them are demonstrated in cell subsets in human pathological models and human primary pathological cells as well as in animal models of relevant pathology thereby providing an extremely robust IP position and highly attractive out-licensing package. |

Disease targets With novel disease modifying therapeutic products Ingentyx targets immunological diseases with great unmet medical needs. Disease examples include rheumatoid arthritis, Chrohn's disease, multiple sclerosis, lupus and allergies. The technology platform of Ingentyx is capable of discovering, evaluating and developing therapeutic proteins for the treatment of such diseases to the pre-clinical PoC stage.
